Born in Detroit, MI and raised in Bonita Springs, FL, Chef Nathaniel Adam has found his passion for food at an early age. With 8 years experience in mostly country clubs, Nathaniel is a modern American chef executing global cuisine with classical French technique. At the young age of 23, Nathaniel is an Executive Sous Chef at Boothbay Harbor Country Club between the months of May and October and spends his winter in southwest Florida as a private chef. Nathaniel is dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients and treating them with the proper technique to achieve maximum flavor while creating the meal of a lifetime. Nathaniel spends his free time studying and playing with food to create a new experience for lucky diners who have the opportunity to enjoy his food.
Nathaniel has recently won the 2017 lobster claw down competition as well as 2017 Maine lobster chef of the year, and 2018 international oyster chef of the year.
