My name is Nathaniel Adam and I would love to cook you dinner. I am a SWFL local who enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, spending time with family and just having a great time.
I have 10 years experience in mostly country clubs executing fine cuisine. You could say i am a modern American chef producing "global" cuisine with classical french technique. So whether it be a fancy event to impress your guests or just a casual brunch with the girls, elegant plates or a delicious taco bar, I am there for you! Clean up and all!
Nathaniel has recently won the 2017 lobster claw down competition as well as 2017 Maine lobster chef of the year, and 2018 international oyster chef of the year.
Dedicated to giving you the meal of a life time while also following your budget. We are here to accommodate to your needs!
You just provide the space of your kitchen and we do the rest, cleanup and all!

$100 an hour plus food cost
Need a server? servers are available for $150 for up to 3 hours. Plus $40 dollars for each additional hour.
$2.00 per unit plus food cost
ex: 100 appetizer bites x $2.00 = $200 plus food cost

Food cost x 3.33 = grand total
ex: $210.00 x 3.33 = $699.30
this equation includes equipment usage, travel, gathering of ingredients, menu planning and labor.
Travel fees may apply. An upcharge of 25% will be applied on holidays.
